Your email should contain the following information:
    • Your PartnerPlusBenefit company name
    • Your contract number (BR...)
    • Passenger's name
    • Passenger's email address
    • Booking code
    • Departure date
    • Miles & More card number (if available)
    • Preferred lounge pass (Austrian Business Lounge VIE, Brussels Airlines Business Lounge BRU, Swiss Business Lounge GVA/ZRH, Lufthansa Business Lounge, Lufthansa Senator Lounge, Lufthansa Welcome Lounge FRA)
Advance booking deadlines:
    • The advance booking deadline for lounge passes is at least 3 working days (Mon.-Fri.) before departure.
    • When making your booking, please note the PartnerPlusBenefit Service Center opening hours.
Payment:
    • After your booking has been confirmed, the BenefitPoints will be automatically debited from your Benefit account.
Here's how to use your lounge pass:
    • You will receive your Lufthansa Group lounge pass by email.
    • Please show your printed pass or the bar code on your mobile device to enter the Austrian, Brussels Airlines, Lufthansa and Swiss Lounge – together with your boarding pass for a flight on the same day operated by Austrian, Brussels Airlines, Lufthansa or SWISS.

Validity:
    • The lounge voucher provides unique access to the selected lounge for one person.
    • the Lufthansa Group Lounge Voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
    • A lounge voucher is issued in the name of the passenger and is non-transferable.
    • The lounge voucher is only valid for the selected Austian, Brussels Airlines, Lufthansa or SWISS lounge, not for Star Alliance or contract lounges.
    • Unredeemed lounge voucher will become invalid. Previously redeemed Benefit Points cannot be refunded.
