Brussels Airlines

Brussels Airlines at a glance

Brussels Airlines, a member of the Lufthansa Group, is a Belgian airline that offers the widest choice of flights to and from Brussels. The company has more than 3,500 employees and over 50 aircrafts operating 300 flights daily, connecting Brussels Airport to over 100 European destinations and 24 African destinations, as well as 3 destinations in North America (New York JFK and Washington D.C. in the US, and Toronto in Canada).

Brussels Airlines at Brussels Airport

Brussels is strategically located in the centre of Europe, making Brussels Airport an ideal hub to/from where Brussels Airlines and its partner airlines offer smooth connections to/from many European cities on its extensive network.
The airport is easily accessible by car and public transport. Brussels city centre is only 15 minutes away by train.
Within the airport terminal building, distances between the gates are short and transferring from one flight to another is straightforward, with clear signage. Additionally, lifts, travellators and wide doorways make it easy to move through the airport and reach the gates on time.
Brussels Airlines offers three different lounges at Brussels Airport: “The Loft”, a state-of-the-art lounge measuring more than 1,250m2 in size, in Terminal A for flights within the Schengen area; “The Sunrise Lounge” located in Terminal T close to the departure gates to the African destinations; and “The Suite” located in Terminal B for flights to non-Schengen destinations like the UK, North America, India, Russia and Israel.

The experience of flying in a boutique hotel

Brussels Airlines makes the journey as important as the destination. The brand-new long-haul cabin is designed to make of every intercontinental flight a memorable travel experience.
The separate Business Class compartment gives passengers the feeling of a cosy and exclusive cosmopolitan Boutique hotel. A walk-up bar offers a genuine ‘Belgian Café’ experience – a place to meet other guests while enjoying a beer and stretching the legs. The comfortable single or double seat with a large living space turns it into a cocoon by personalising the space with your preferred lighting ambiance and a Two-metre flatbed that adapts to the body shape.
The new, separate Premium Economy Class, enables to unwind all the way. And because time flies faster when feeling comfortable, long journeys will feel much shorter in this class on its own. A premium seat with increased private space and a highly comfortable cushion, an expanded armrest between neighbouring seats, extra legroom and a wider seat with a bigger headrest and a generous seat recline allow for a relaxing sleep.
The new Economy Class is more comfortable than ever before. Guests get the perfect rest, thanks to a generous seat recline, new ergonomic headrest and an adjustable neck support. The Economy Class, with its joyful colours and spacious design, spreads a feeling of deep relaxation.

On the European routes, operated mainly with Airbus A319/A320 aircraft, Brussels Airlines offers the choice between four different products: Check&Go, Light&Relax, Flex&Fast and Bizz&Class. The four travel products enable guests to choose the best option for their journey.

Check&Go is the travel option designed for people who want to travel within Europe at a fantastic fare with 12kg hand baggage included and free seat reservation 24h before departure. Light&Relax offers additional comfort and more flexibility such as free seat reservation during the booking or free changes to an earlier flight. Flex&Fast is the perfect travel class for professionals, offering a priority on the ground and more comfort and services on board. Finally yet importantly, the business class travel option, Bizz&Class, offers full flexibility and superior comfort thanks to additional checked baggage, access to the Business lounges and an unlimited choice of snacks.
