How to set up your PIN?
You can create your own personal PIN (Personal Identification Number). When you request information about your account balance or a Benefit award, please always give your PIN for security reasons.

Have you forgotten your PIN?
Please call your PartnerPlusBenefit Service Center. Your PIN will be deleted and then can be reset by yourself on the menu item "Company profile" and the page Change PIN.

Have you forgotten your password?
Please contact your PartnerPlusBenefit Service Center. A new temporary password will be sent to your E-mail address. For security purposes we kindly ask you to change your temporary password on the menue item "Company profile" and the page Change password at your earliest convenience.

How to collect Benefit points?
In order to track your flight data for the Benefit points’ accrual, you can register your Credit-/paymentcards once or request your Company ID (OSI/Tour code) for the first time in PartnerPlusBenefit. Then the equivalent Benefit points of these flights will be automatically visible in your PartnerPlusBenefit account. When booking your flights via the PartnerPlusBenefit Flight Manager, the flights will be tracked automatically by inserting the contract ID during the booking process.
If you will not use one of the above automatic tracking functions, you have the possibility to enter the ticket numbers manually via the Flight tickets upload page.

How to redeem Benefit points?
You can redeem Benefit points by booking your Benefit free flight, your Benefit upgrade, your Benefit seat reservation, your Benefit excess baggage and the FRAPort VIP Service by telephone or by E-mail at your PartnerPlusBenefit Service Center.
Worldshop awards, FlyNet voucher, Sixt voucher and Sustainable Aviation Fuel can be booked online. Simply choose your prefered award on the program page Redeem points.

How to change personal and company details?
All details you entered during your enrolment can be amended or updated at any time with the exception of the User ID. Just click on menu item "Company profile" and go to the page Address.
The change of the company address, especially the country of the registered office must be requested from your
PartnerPlusBenefit Service Center.

How to calculate Benefit points?
The number of Benefit points collected per flight route depends on the fare paid. The fare in euros (ticket price + surcharges levied by Benefit Airline Partners/YQ) serves as the basis for calculation and is multiplied by a factor.

How to transfer Benefit points?
The transfer of Benefit points to other companies' accounts is only possible via company merge and has to be requested by the PartnerPlusBenefit Service Center.

How long are Benefit points valid for?
Benefit points are valid for 36 months after a tracked flight. Your current account balance and the expiry date of your Benefit points balance can be found under the menu item Account information. After the period of validity Benefit points expire irrevocably.

If you already participate in another Lufthansa Group corporate programme you cannot participate in PartnerPlusBenefit.

Your employees can continue to collect miles on their personal Miles&More accounts, as long as they participate in this program.

How do I cancel Lufthansa PartnerPlusBenefit?
You can resign your membership at any time. If you want to cancel, please click on the menu item Terms and Conditions. There you can cancel your participation in PartnerPlusBenefit by clicking on the button Terminate membership. Your accrued Benefit points are valid until 6 months after termination of your membership. The deregistration date is automatically set to the last day of the respective month.
