Climate protection is of concern to all of us. With PartnerPlusBenefit you can now offset the CO2 emissions of your flights and make your company a Climate Supporter. Use your BenefitPoints and ensure more sustainability on your flights with our partner Compensaid. We will provide you with an official Compensaid Certificate and a ‘Climate Supporter’ badge to be shared via your social networks - motivating others to take part, too.

- Send the request to not later than 3 working days before your flight departure from your home country to receive the offsetting certificate.
- Offset amount is split between SAF purchase and climate protection projects according to the calculation by our partner Compensaid.

Choose from multiple tracking options in PartnerPlusBenefit

With 9 airlines participating in the programme we want you to be sure that your company earns BenefitPoints for all flown business trips. There are several tracking methods available in order to earn BenefitPoints. Make sure to check that you have selected your preferred method of tracking for all flights. For more info see below or go to Terms&Conditions.

* Payment card / corporate account card
If you purchase your flight tickets online, we recommend that you use this tracking method. You only need to register the card(s) or corporate account number(s) once in your profile under menu item Company profile > Credit/payment card. Tickets paid with these cards will track automatically to PartnerPlusBenefit. Following airlines support this tracking method: Lufthansa, Air Canada, Air Dolomiti, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Eurowings (incl. Germanwings), Swiss International Air Lines and United.

Please note: when registering your payment/corporate account card in your PartnerPlusBenefit profile for first time, you will receive a bonus of 1000 BenefitPoints!

* Company ID/OSI tracking
If you purchase your tickets through a travel agency you can request a unique tracking code under menu item Company profile > Company ID. When you have received this Company ID from PartnerPlusBenefit, please forward this tracking code to your travel agent. This will ensure the automatic capture of flights to the PPB account. The following airlines support this tracking method: Lufthansa, Air Dolomiti, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Eurowings (incl. Germanwings), Swiss International Air Lines, United and Air Canada. LOT Polish Airlines: please note that automatic tracking with OSI code on LOT Polish Airlines flights cannot be guaranteed. Therefore we recommend to insert the tickets numbers manually, to ensure tracking of LOT flights.

* Enter flown ticket numbers online
If you are not using the tracking methods mentioned above, you also have the possibility to enter the ticket numbers and departure city (first departure city of the complete journey) directly into your account online. BenefitPoints for all eligible tickets will be credited to your account within 6 - 8 weeks after the flight.

* PartnerPlusBenefit Flight Search is easy and convenient when planning and booking a trip with Lufthansa, Austrian, Eurowings (incl. Germanwings) or SWISS. Login to PPB first, then use the Flight Search Tool under menu item Programme > Flight manager. As soon as you book a flight, your ticket is registered. After the flight departs, the BenefitPoints are automatically credited to your account in line with the terms and conditions. Remember to login first, then book the flight!

* PPB contract number when booking on or
If you book your flight tickets on you now have the option to insert your PPB contract number in the booking process and automatically earn BenefitPoints to your account. The contract number starts with "FI" (for example FI1305151425447). Same functionality applies now also for Eurowings (incl. Germanwings) flights booked on

Online Request Form for FreeFlights and Upgrades

When booking your next PPB FreeFlight or Upgrade, try our online Request Form, visible on the award subpages. Just remember to login first.

Note: the integrated Request Form is not an online booking engine.
By clicking the Send-button, an email with details is generated and sent to the PPB Service Center. Based on this Request Form the PPB Service Center is able to perform an availability check and/or a final booking and inform the customer accordingly.

Taxes for PPB award tickets also payable with BenefitPoints

When booking your PPB award ticket, the taxes, fees and surcharges can either be paid with BenefitPoints or with a payment card. Please inform the PartnerPlusBenefit Service Center which payment option you prefer at the time of reservation.

Update your PPB profile and password regularly!

Always keep your PartnerPlusBenefit profile up to date to ensure that BenefitPoints keep rolling into the account.
Update the profile if the contact person or the address have changed or if you have shifted travel agency. Please inform the new travel agency about your PPB tracking code. If you book online it is essential to insert the payment card number in the PPB profile for an automated collection of BenefitPoints.

We also recommend that you change your PPB profile password on a regular basis, for example once a year. An expired password may cause you to have only limited visibility in your PPB profile. You will be asked for a new password change immediately after log-in. If not, you can easily change your password by logging into your profile and follow the steps Company profile > Change password.

Qualification for BenefitUpgrades

Please note that there are restrictions to booking classes that apply for BenefitUpgrades in PartnerPlusBenefit. All eligible booking classes are listed under 'Booking Class Overview' on the redemption pages for upgrades.

PPB Service Center opening hours

The PartnerPlusBenefit Service Center is closed on weekends and public holidays. Otherwise open during regular business days Mon-Fri 9:00 - 17:00.
