Details on ordering and delivery:
    • When you have ordered you will receive an order confirmation by email.
    • Delivery time is usually one week after receipt of order.
    • Delivery can only be made to the company address supplied to PartnerPlusBenefit.

    • The delivery of alcoholic beverages is only available in Germany. The Airport Delivery for alcoholic beverages is available for all airports keeping a Worldshop store.
    • Merchandise awards can be paid for exclusively with BenefitPoints.
    • Additional monetary payments or additional payments with Miles & More miles are not possible.
    • The BenefitPoints will be deducted from your points account automatically after ordering.

    Following Covid-19 regulations, the Airport Delivery and Gate Delivery services are currently not available.
The right of return applies exclusively in the case of damaged goods.

Benefit WorldShop Awards (Turkey & Israel)
Information about the PartnerPlusBenefit WorldShop awards:
  • Within the PPB – WorldShop assortment all items which can be presented at the airport are labelled with a special icon: The addition of "Gate" or "Shop" helps you to recognize which items you can pick up in the Lufthansa WorldShop on arrival in Frankfurt or Munich and which you are able to collect at the gate for your connecting flight when you transfer in Frankfurt or Munich.

    Following Covid-19 regulations, the Airport Delivery and Gate Delivery services are currently not available.
  • The reason some products can only be collected in the Shop is due to hand luggage restrictions. The range for those transferring must be acceptable as cabin baggage, and must not include liquids, dangerous goods or sharp blades. Please note the maximum baggage allowance permitted by the airline with which you are travelling. Goods handed over at the gate can no longer be checked in and must be transported as hand luggage.
  • So that your favorite product is waiting for you at the airport, you can place your order from 30 calendar days in advance and up to 4 calendar days prior to your departure for Frankfurt or Munich. Orders can be placed regardless of the airline with which you are booked as well as for arrivals at Terminal 2 in Frankfurt.
  • We have two different delivery methods, the choice of which depends on your flight details: If Frankfurt or Munich Airport is your final destination, products are delivered free of charge in the Lufthansa WorldShop store. The order is delivered to the public area of Terminal 1 (Frankfurt) or Terminal 2 (Munich) and is to be collected by you on arrival. All orders must be collected within 5 calendar days of arrival and during WorldShop opening times (daily between 6:00 am and 9.00 pm). If Frankfurt or Munich is only a stop over, a Service employee will hand over the products to you prior to boarding at the gate for your connecting flight for an additional service fee of 1500 BenefitPoints. You are not able to decide yourself where you would like to pick up your goods.

    Please provide your passport and order confirmation so that we can hand over your order at the airport.
  • The Benefit WorldShop awards can only be paid for with BenefitPoints- additional payment with Euros in any form, or settlement by Miles & More miles, is not possible.
  • After ordering the awards, the BenefitPoints are deducted from your corporate account. You will then receive an ordering confirmation via E-mail.
    You only entitled to return Benefit WorldShop products bought with BenefitPoints if they are damaged.

    Use your BenefitPoints for Climate Protection :

    With PartnerPlusBenefit, you can now make your company a ‘Climate Supporter’ and offset the CO2-emissions of your flights.
    Use your Benefit Points and support climate protection via Compensaid, a platform that offers a portfolio of projects to offset carbon emissions in the long run.
    Besides an official certificate from Compensaid, you will also receive the ‘Climate Supporter’ digital badge, given in recognition that you and your company, have taken important steps towards carbon offsetting. Feel free to share this badge via your social networks – thus demonstrating your company’s efforts towards sustainability and motivating others to take part, too.

    Calculation samples for the routes:
    • Athens to Frankfurt would produce 133 kg CO2 emissions, use just 1740 BenefitPoints to offset it from you PartnerPlusBenefit account. Compensation is split between SAF purchase and climate protection projects.

    • Istanbul to Frankfurt : 134 kg CO2 emissions can be offset with 1750 BenefitPoints
    • Tel Aviv to Zürich : 174 kg CO2 emissions can be offset by 2280 BenefitPoints

    How to Redeem
    Simply contact our service centre team by email with the information below latest 3 working days before the flights departure and we will send you a confirmation email, along with the certificate and digital badge. We need:
    • Your PartnerPlusBenefit Company ID
    • Statement that you wish to redeem your points for Climate Protection for the first flight segment
    • The booking / PNR of your company’s flight you are offsetting against (Please see ‘More Details’)

    More Details
    • Offset of carbon emissions using your Benefit Points can only be made for the flights departing from 15 November 2021.
    • For each flight booking, offset option is only redeemable once.
    • Redeemed Benefit Points are non-refundable even if flight booking is cancelled. The donation to Compensaid will be made in any case.
    • Offset of carbon emissions can be made for Austrian Airlines, Brussels airlines, Lufthansa and SWISS flights.
    • With the current offer offset of carbon emissions is possible on the routes from your country to one of the Lufthansa Group Airlines hubs.
