No BenefitPoints were credited to my account – why is this?
There are a number of possible reasons:
If you pay for flights using a different payment card from the one registered with your account, you have to enter your flight ticket details online to ensure your flight is tracked and BenefitPoints awarded.
If your company already participates in a corporate incentive scheme with one of our partner airlines, you will not receive BenefitPoints with that airline on the incentivised routes. Only certain booking classes are eligible to earn BenefitPoints. These are clustered in five yield categories, First, Business, Business discounted, Economy and Economy discounted and vary between airlines. For a detailed list of booking classes that are either included or excluded please refer to the BenefitPoints collection list or check our Terms and Conditions.
