Worldshop shipping costs
• Kindly note the delivery countries and costs of the Worldshop.
• Desired product can be picked up when you arrive or transfer at Frankfurt Airport or Munich Airport with the Worldshop Airport Delivery service.
• When you have ordered you will receive an order confirmation by email.
• Delivery can only be made to the company address supplied to PartnerPlusBenefit.

Payment:

• Merchandise awards can be redeemed exclusively with Benefit Points.
• Additional monetary payments or additional payments with Miles (Miles & More) are not possible.
• In general the Benefit Points and Award Miles are aligned only for Worldshop items. Please note, that for selected Worldshop products the Benefit Points and Award Miles amounts can differ.
• Benefit Points can only be redeemed online in the Worldshop. Benefit Points cannot be redeemed in the Worldshop Airport Stores.
• Benefit Points will be deducted from your account automatically after ordering.

Returns:
