Your email should contain the following information:
    • Your PartnerPlusBenefit company name
    • Your contract number (E ...)
    • Passenger's name
    • Passenger's email address
    • Miles & More card number (if available)
    • Preferred lounge pass (Lufthansa Senator Lounge, Business Lounge, Welcome Lounge or United Club Lounge)
Advance booking deadlines:
    • The advance booking deadline for lounge passes is at least 3 working days before departure.
    • When making your booking, please note the PartnerPlusBenefit Service Center opening hours.
Payment:
    After your booking has been confirmed, the BenefitPoints will be automatically debited from your Benefit account.
Here's how to use your lounge pass:
    • You will receive your lounge pass by email.
    • Please show your printed pass to enter the Lufthansa Lounge – together with your boarding pass for a flight on the same day operated by Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines or SWISS.
    • Please show your printed pass to enter the United Club Lounge – together with your boarding pass for a flight on the same day operated by United Airlines.
Validity:
    • The Lufthansa / United lounge pass provides unique access to the selected lounge for one person.
    • The Lufthansa Lounge pass is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
    • The United Club Lounge pass is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
    • It is issued in the name of the passenger and is non-transferable.
    • It is only valid for Lufthansa or United lounges, not for Star Alliance or contract lounges.
    • Unredeemed lounge passes will become invalid. Previously redeemed BenefitPoints cannot be refunded.
