How do I set up my PIN?
Your can create your own personal PIN (Personal Identification Number). When you request information about your account balance or a BenefitAward, please always give you PIN for security reasons.

Have you forgotten your PIN?
Please call your Lufthansa PartnerPlusBenefit Service Center on 0049 (0)69 - 86 799 500 (Calls from the German landline at the local rate, charges for calls using mobile phones vary depending on the respective provider.). Your PIN will be deleted there and can be reset by yourself on the menu item "Profile" on the page "Change PIN".

A new temporary password will be sent to your E-mail address. For security purposes we kindly ask you to change your temporary password at your earliest convenience.

How to collect BenefitPoints?
In order to track your flight data for the BenefitPoints’ accrual in a simple way, you can just register your credit-/paymentcards once or request your Company ID for the first time in PartnerPlusBenefit. If you pay your flight tickets with the entered credit-/paymentcards or you have requested your Company ID, we credit the equivalent points of this flight automatically in PartnerPlusBenefit, so that you don’t have to do anything else. Log in with your user name and password and select the section Company profile/credit-/paymentcards / credit-/paymentcard entry. You can enter your credit-/paymentcard number there. In the section Company ID, you can request your individual Company ID which also leads to automatic credit entry on your account.

If you do not want to enter credit-/paymentcards in PartnerPlusBenefit or if you do not pay with credit-/paymentcards, you have the possibility to enter the ticket numbers manually in PartnerPlusBenefit.
Log in with your user name and password and select the section Company profile / Flight tickets / entry of ticket numbers. You can enter your ticket numbers manually then.

How to redeem BenefitPoints for BenefitAwards?
You can book your BenefitFreeFlight, your upgrade, your excess baggage and the VIP Service only by telephone or by email at your Lufthansa PartnerPlusBenefit Service Center
on 0049 (0)69 - 86 799 500 (Calls from the German landline at the local rate, charges for calls using mobile phones vary depending on the respective provider., Monday to Friday 8.00 am - 6.00 pm).
You can order your BenefitCredit, Worldshop award, FlyNet® voucher, NewspaperKiosk and Sixt voucher also online. Click on menu item "Redeem BenefitPoints".

How can I change personal and company details?
All details you entered during your enrolment can be amended or updated at any time with the exception of the User ID . Just click on menu item "Company profile" and go to page "Address ".

How can PartnerPlusBenefit award flights be rebooked?
If you have booked an award flight, you can change a booking free of charge by contacting the PartnerPlusBenefit Service Center at least 1 business day before departure with an etix (precondition: the change request has to be done during the opening hours of the Service Center). At a later stage, rebookings will not be possible.

What do I have to consider when I cancel PartnerPlusBenefit award flights?
Please cancel the BenefitFreeflight tickets by contacting the Lufthansa PartnerPlusBenefit Service Center, if they cannot be used. Unused BenefitFreeflight tickets can be returned and reimbursed against a fee of 3.500 BenefitPoints at least 1 business day prior to the outbound flight (precondition: the cancellation has to be done during the opening hours of the Service Center). If the free flight is cancelled beyond that period, BenefitPoints cannot be reimbursed.

Can Benefit awards be issued for Third Parties?
Awards obtained in exchange for BenefitPoints must be used exclusively for business purposes. This means that a Member may only redeem BenefitPoints in return for awards if the award in question is used by eligible parties.

Can BenefitPoints be transferred?
Transferring BenefitPoint credits to other participants'accounts is not possible.

How long are BenefitPoints valid for?
BenefitPoints are valid for 36 months after a tracked flight. Your current account balance and the expiry date of your BenefitPoints balance can be found under the menu item "My Account Statement" on the page "BenefitPoints Balance". After the period of validity BenefitPoints expire irrevocably.

No BenefitPoints were credited!
If you already participate in another Lufthansa corporate programme (PartnerPlusProgress, Bundesfoerderung) you cannot participate in Lufthansa PartnerPlusBenefit.

Which airlines take part?
Currently you can accrue BenefitPoints on flights operated by (and with flight numbers of) Lufthansa, Eurowings, Lufthansa Regional, Air Canada, Air China, All Nippon Airways, Austrian Airlines Group, Brussels Airlines, Swiss International Air Lines, Singapore Airlines and United Airlines. Furthermore, the tickets have to be purchased in Austria, Germany, Slovakia or Switzerland. Please check the menu item "Points collection list" for further details.

Your employees can continue to collect miles on their personal Miles&More accounts, as long as they participate in the program.

How do I cancel Lufthansa PartnerPlusBenefit?
You can resign your membership at any time. If you want to cancel, please click on menu item “Terms and Conditions”. There you can cancel your participation in PartnerPlusBenefit by clicking on the button “resign”. Your accrued BenefiPoints are valid until 6 months after your date of cancellation.
