Singapore Airlines

Singapore Airline, the most awarded airline worldwide, connects a high number of European cities with Singapore. The SIA gateways in Europe are Amsterdam, Barcelona, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Istanbul, Copenhagen, London, Milano, Manchester, Moscow, Munich, Paris, Rom, Stockholm and Zurich. On top Singapore Airlines operates the first nonstop flight out of Frankfurt to New York (JFK) and also offers a nonstop flight on the Manchester – Houston route.
Singapore Airlines offers 21 flights per week from Frankfurt, one daily flight from Munich and three flights per week from Dusseldorf. As of March 2018, Singapore Airlines is going to offer four weekly flights from Dusseldorf.
The flights from Frankfurt, Munich and Dusseldorf are operated as codeshare flights with our partner Lufthansa, just like many Lufthansa operated flights carry a SQ codeshare number.
Being a Star Alliance member, Singapore Airlines is also a partner of the Miles & More program. This gives passengers the choice to collect miles either into the SIA own KrisFlyer program or the Miles & More program.

For many travelers, the airline is the carrier of choice when heading to the Asia-Pacific region, as it has a major home advantage in its award-winning hub at Changi, which is always among the world’s favorite airports. Including its subsidiary SilkAir and Singapore Airlines cargo, more than 130 destinations in 38 countries are covered.
The Singapore Airlines fleet of currently 109 aircraft consists of Airbus 380-800, Airbus 330-300, Airbus 350-900 as well as various versions of the Boeing 777 series.

Singapore Airlines passengers enjoy modern in-flight products whenever they fly. The exclusive A380 Suites offer luxury and private space with individual cabins featuring a sliding door and window blinds. A bed of its own, not a converted seat with turndown service and sleeping essentials offers relaxed in-flight sleeping. The First Class onboard the Boeing 777-300ER offers one of the most spacious seats in the sky with a width of 89 cm. The Business Class seats are arranged in a way to allow all passengers direct access to the aisle. The seats in First and Business Class can be easily converted into a full flat bed.

The Premium Economy Class seats are modernly designed with an up to 96.5 cm seat pitch for enhanced comfort, extra choices and exclusive privileges. The Economy Class is equipped with a 27 cm wide full HD touch-screen monitor and grants passengers a generous 30kg luggage allowance. The inflight entertainment system KrisWorld provides more than 1,500 options to keep passengers occupied.

The elegant „Singapore Girl“, dressed in her signature Sarong Kebaya, symbolizes perfectly the 70 year long tradition of Singapore Airlines: service excellence and Asian hospitality. Passengers appreciate on all Singapore Airlines flights the service even other airlines talk about.
