Contents

1.  Membership
1.1.  Membership Eligibility
PartnerPlusBenefit (PPB) is an incentive program designed to meet the needs of Small, Medium Enterprises (SME), who by their very nature are defined as:
a)
Up to 250 employees Up to euro (€) 40m turnover per annum
b)
Up to euro (€) 40m turnover per annum
If the definition of an SME, during their Membership of the PPB program falls outside of the above SME definition, PPB reserves the right to exclude them from Membership and / or offer them an alternative that better meets the needs of their business, if appropriate.
Businesses and organisations who already participate in another corporate incentive program (corporate net rate deals, route deals etc), with any of the PPB Partner Airlines may not be eligible for participation within the PPB program
Membership to the PartnerPlusBenefit corporate incentive programme is open to:
(1)
All companies registered in Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The registration number of Chamber of Commerce and the responsible court are required for enrolment.
(2)
Legal and financial offices, doctor’s surgeries and other self-employed professionals (architects, business consultants, engineers), providing their business is active and not temporary.
(3)
Registered and legally responsible clubs and corporations, such as associations, chambers, churches or parties, which, in every case, are only eligible for participation with fully employed personnel.
Excluded from participation are all travel agencies, business and purchasing co-operatives, as well as other co-operative societies.

1.2.  Commencement of Membership
Registration for participation must be completed on the PPB website: www.partnerplusbenefit.com. It is understood that enrolment within the program implies explicit acceptance of the program’s terms and conditions. There is no legal entitlement for participation. Registration of a new Member will allow for a retroactive claim of BenefitPoints within the calendar month. For example, if a new Member registers on 21 January, any travel undertaken prior to this, from 01 January to the date of registration (21 January) will be eligible for tracking and accrual of BenefitPoints, if the eligible fare(s) and PPB Partner Airlines have been used.

1.3.  Commencement of Participation and Conclusion of the Contract
Eligible parties may only participate in the programme after full registration for participation on the Lufthansa PartnerPlusBenefit website (www.partnerplusbenefit.com). The registering company, represented by the authorized contact person, declares that all information provided during the registration process (company name, contact name, trade register number (if available), street name and number as well as postal code and town) are true and complete. The respective person signing up on behalf of the company furthermore declares that she or he is entitled and authorized to sign and represent above mentioned company in context of this programme. By registering the company for the PartnerPlusBenefit programme, the contact person confirms that the Terms and Conditions applicable to the PartnerPlusBenefit Programme have been read, understood and accepted.

The company moreover confirms that the binding criteria for participation mentioned under the Terms and Conditions point 1.1. are met and that the company is among those, eligible to participate in the programme. In case the company does not meet the required criteria, an appropriate legal basis for pursuing the registration process and to conclude a contract with the PartnerPlusBenefit programme is not given. With its registration, above mentioned company declares as legally binding that neither the company itself nor one of its affiliated companies (especially a majority shareholder company) are already participating in other corporate promotion programmes or incentive models offered by Lufthansa German Airlines in the respective market. Furthermore, above mentioned company declares as legally binding that the nominated payment card for point crediting and for debits of taxes, fees and surcharges for award flights is subject to Lufhansa German Airlines’ unrestricted right of disposal and free from rights of third parties. At all times, the company has to ensure that fraud of any kind is conscientiously prevented. For the purpose of preventing such fraud, the company guarantees that no unauthorized third party has access to the company’s Benefit account (respectively unauthorized access to user name, password or PIN).

Lufthansa German Airlines explicitly reserves the right to verify all necessary information provided by the company. The positive result of the verification of above required criteria represents a mandatory precondition regarding the effective conclusion of the contract to participate in the PartnerPlusBenefit programme. Even if the company meets all necessary requirements, the final approval by Lufthansa German Airlines is to be considered as the mandatory and decisive prerequisite for the contract. There is no legal entitlement to participate in the programme. After registering via the Internet, a BenefitPoint account will be set up for the Member; the BenefitPoints collected by all the Member's employees will be credited to this account. The registration date will automatically be set to the first date of the current month. After successful registration, the Member will receive an e-mail confirming registration and an initial password for log-in to the BenefitPoint account.

The contract concerning participation in the PartnerPlusBenefit corporate bonus programme will come into effect once the party is successfully registered, the provided registration details regarding information of the company as well as of the contact person have been verified and approved by Lufthansa German Airlines and the company has successfully logged-in into the BenefitPoint account on www.partnerplusbenefit.com for the first time. Once all these requirements are fulfilled the party can start to collect BenefitPoints.

2.  BenefitPoints
2.1.  General
The basic units of accounting in the PartnerPlusBenefit corporate incentive programme are the BenefitPoints credited on the Company’s BenefitPoint account. BenefitPoints can be used solely for those purposes explicitly stated in the Terms and Conditions. Bonus points or miles from other programmes cannot be exchanged for or combined with BenefitPoints and vice versa. The BenefitPoints account is not transferable to Third Persons.

2.2.  Account Statements
The current balance of the BenefitPoints account can be accessed with a personal user name and password on the internet page of the programme. Reports of any discrepancies must be made within five weeks of receipt of an updated account statement; thereafter, the account balance indicated shall be considered approved.

2.3.  BenefitPoints Accrual
The accrual of BenefitPoints is possible after your first registration with your password on the PartnerPlusBenefit internet page.

2.3.1.  Scheduled Flights with Lufthansa and PartnerPlusBenefit Partner Airlines
BenefitPoints can be accrued exclusively on flights which are operated by Air Canada, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Eurowings (incl. Germanwings), LOT Polish Airlines, Lufthansa, Swiss International Air Lines and United, irrespective of flight numbers. Points collection not possible on intra-USA routes with UA. The ticket has to be purchased in Finland, Estonia, Latvia or Lithuania by the participating company.

BenefitPoints can be collected on Lufthansa Express connections having Lufthansa flight number/prefix (Lufthansa bus and rail services between regional cities and Frankfurt/Munich airport) when booked via a supported booking channel, i.e. general reservation system or LH.com.

The amount of BenefitPoints credited per route depends on the class of transportation and is determined by Lufthansa. The number of possible BenefitPoints per route and class, as well as the booking classes which qualify for BenefitPoints accrual, can be found on the internet programme page “BenefitPoint account - Points collection list".
Customers of the Lufthansa Private Jet earn 10.000 BenefitPoints on all LPJ flights. For the registration of these Points please forward your confirmation of travel via fax or email to your PartnerPlusBenefit Service Center. Lufthansa reserves the right to amend these amounts and conditions at any time.
BenefitPoints can be accrued on flights for business purposes only. Lufthansa reserves the right to demand verification.

On Eurowings (incl. Germanwings) flights BenefitPoints can be collected if the ticket is booked via LH.com or a central reservation system (e.g. via travel agency, Lufthansa Service Center or Ticket Counter) and issued on a Lufthansa-Group document (220, 257, 082, 724 ticket stock) or Air Canada document (014 ticket stock) or United Airlines document (016 ticket stock). Additionally, all flights booked and issued via eurowings.com are automatically credited to PPB if the PartnerPlusBenefit contract number has been entered during the booking process. Due to technical reasons all other tickets which are booked and issued in a different way cannot be incentivised.

2.3.2.  Benefit Special Promotions
Participating airlines can award additional BenefitPoints for special promotions. Members will be notified of the occasion, the amount and the promotional period on a separate programme page on the internet. Participating airlines retain the right to specify the duration and termination of special promotions at its own discretion. To collect additional BenefitPoints, registration into a special promotion is mandatory.

2.3.3.  Exclusion of BenefitPoint Collection
No BenefitPoints shall be credited for airline services at industry discount rates (ID, IP, AD, GE, UD, DG, PEPs etc.) as well as certain promotional tariffs, awards services, free flights, marine/seaman and child fares and services for which the Member receives benefits as part of other Lufthansa promotional programmes or incentive models (like for example Dynamic Flex offer by Eurowings/Germanwings). BenefitPoints credits may be excluded for certain other services. Services, which are neither part of the Terms and Conditions nor of the Special Promotions of item 2.3.2. are excluded from the accrual of BenefitPoints. No BenefitPoints can be collected on domestic flights in the US.

2.3.4.  Capture of flown routes
With 8 airlines participating PartnerPlusBenefit programme we want you to be sure that you are earning all the BenefitPoints for your company's flights. Your company can choose between several tracking methods depending if you purchase your flight tickets online or via travel agency. The credit of BenefitPoints onto the PPB account will follow approximately 8-12 weeks after the flight.

Members are responsible for providing correct tracking method to ensure capture of flights to PartnerPlusBenefit account.

2.3.4.1.  Automatic Capture of BenefitPoints via storage of credit-/payment card details.
BenefitPoints will be automatically credited to the BenefitPoints account when flown segments are paid by the credit-/payment cards, which have been initially stored for the capture of flights in PartnerPlusBenefit program (in accordance with section 2.3.1)
This credit-/payment card tracking method can be used for tickets issued and flown with Lufthansa, Air Canada, Austrian, Brussels Airlines, Eurowings (incl. Germanwings), SWISS and United.
Credit-/payment card numbers are stored and used exclusively for the purpose of capturing flights to credit BenefitPoints.
It is important that Members enter their relevant payment card number(s) on the page "Payment card entry" of the PPB program. Payment card numbers may be entered in the PPB program up to a maximum of 12 months after the date of the flight. Members are responsible for updating payment card information in PPB whenever changes occur. The payment cards and any credit and debit cards accepted are the ones of the issuing institutes listed on www.partnerplusbenefit.com in section "Company profile > Register points> Credit/payment card> Manual payment card entry".

Effective May 2013, when registering a payment card in PartnerPlusBenefit profile for the first time, a Credit Card Bonus of 1.000 BenefitPoints is granted to points account.

2.3.4.2.  Manual capture by means of ticket number entry
If no payment card has been registered in PPB profile, or no PPB contract number has been inserted when booking on LH.com (or eurowings.com), or no PPB tracking code has been stored at the travel agency, then the ticket number(s) and first departure city for the whole journey need to entered manually on PPB webpage. Once logged in, please follow the menu items Company profile > Flight tickets > Entry of ticket numbers. In case a ticket has been issued with multiple consecutive ticket numbers (due to large amount of flight segments in one ticket), all ticket numbers must be entered separately.

The credit of BenefitPoints onto the PPB account will follow approximately 8-12 weeks after the flight. Flights can be retroactively credited up to 12 months after the date of the flight.

Customers of Lufthansa Private Jet earn 10.000 BenefitPoints on all European flights. For the registration of these BenefitPoints please forward your confirmation of travel via email to your PartnerPlusBenefit Service Center.

2.3.4.3.  Capture of ticket data by means of OSI tracking
If you purchase your tickets through a travel agency, you can request a unique tracking code under the menu item Company Profile > Company ID. When you have received this Company ID from PartnerPlusBenefit, please forward this tracking code to your travel agent. This will ensure the automatic capture of flights to the PPB account. The following airlines support this tracking method: Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Eurowings (incl. Germanwings), LOT Polish Airlines, Swiss International Air Lines, United and Air Canada. Please contact your PPB Service Center for more information. The credit of BenefitPoints onto the PPB account will follow approximately 8-12 weeks after the flight.

Customer ensures that their authorized Travel Agency is advised about all necessary tracking methods needed for bookings, to ensure capture of fligths to PartnerPlusBenefit.

2.3.4.4.  Capture of BenefitPoints for online-bookings initiated on www.partnerplusbenefit.com
After successful login on www.partnerplusbenefit.com, online bookings initiated via www.partnerplusbenefit.com are automatically captured in the BenefitAccount.
The number of BenefitPoints will be credited automatically approx. 8-12 weeks after the date of flight. The successful capture of the online booking will be visible in the booking confirmation.

2.3.4.5.  Capture of BenefitPoints by inserting PPB contract number when booking on LH.com or eurowings.com
If you book your flight tickets on LH.com you now have the option to insert your contract number in the booking process and automatically earn BenefitPoints to your account. The contract number starts with "FI" (for example FI1305151425447). Same functionality applies now also for Germanwings and Eurowings flights booked on eurowings.com. The credit of BenefitPoints onto the PPB account will follow approximately 8-12 weeks after the flight.

2.4.  Redemption of BenefitPoints
2.4.1.  General
BenefitPoints can be redeemed for awards as soon as the Benefit account has accrued the required amount of BenefitPoints. Award types and the required number of BenefitPoints for redeeming awards can be found on the menu item Points > Redeem Points. BenefitPoints can solely be used for business purposes. In this context Members are reminded to do all that they reasonably can to protect their user name and keep their password secret. These will be required to access the PPB website pages and for authorisation to order awards by telephone.

BenefitPoints can be redeemed for BenefitFreeFlights, BenefitUpgrades, BenefitSeatReservation, Worldshop Awards, BenefitExcessBaggage, BenefitCredits, Lounge Pass (Lufthansa Business Lounge, Lufthansa Senator Lounge, Lufthansa Welcome Lounge, United Club Lounge) and FlyNet Voucher for internet access.

Redemption can be made on free flights and upgrades on flights that originate outside of the SME’s country of registration, and can be on a one-way or open-jaw basis. E.g. SME registered in Finland can redeem a ticket for travel Paris-Frankfurt-Paris.

Please note that the PPB Service Center is closed on weekends and public holidays. Otherwise open during business days Mon-Fri 9:00 - 17:00.

2.4.2.  BenefitFreeFlights
BenefitFreeFlights can be ordered for worldwide scheduled flights which are operated by Lufthansa, Air Canada, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Eurowings (incl. Germanwings), LOT Polish Airlines, Swiss International Air Lines, and United (note: redemptions not possible on United Express flights).

Redemptions also possible on Lufthansa Express connections having Lufthansa flight number/prefix (Lufthansa bus and rail services between regional cities and Frankfurt/Munich airport).

BenefitFreeFlights also possible to book on Edelweiss (WK) operated flights with SWISS (LX) flight number. BenefitPoints can be redeemed for awards as soon as the BenefitPoints account has accrued the required credit. Award offers and the required number of BenefitPoints for redeeming the award can be found under the menu item Points > Redeem points. BenefitPoints can solely be used for business purposes.

To book PPB award ticket, please contact PPB Service Center by phone, email, or by filling out integrated Request Form on award subpage for FreeFlights (follow menu items Points > Free flights). In order to access the integrated Request Form, please login to PPB first. Note: the integrated Request Form is not an online booking engine. By clicking the Send-button, an email with details is generated and sent to the PPB Service Center. Based on this Request Form the PPB Service Center is able to perform an availability check and/or a final booking and inform the customer accordingly.

Award tickets can be booked in Economy, Premium Economy (Lufthansa and Austrian Airlines) and Business Class (except for Eurowings, incl. Germanwings). Award tickets can also be booked in First Class on Lufthansa and in addition to this, Miles and More members with the status HON Circle or Senator can redeem BenefitPoints for award flights in First Class on flights operated by Swiss International Air Lines.

Award tickets can be booked only with operating flight number (not possible on codeshare/marketing flight number).

Taxes, fees and surcharges can either be paid with BenefitPoints or with a payment card which must be given at the time of reservation.

Taxes, fees and surcharges for BenefitFreeFlights have to be paid by the Member. You are informed about the taxes, fees and surcharges of your flight with the confirmation of your free flight booking via E-mail.
On European and intercontinental flights operated and marketed by Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines, SWISS, Brussels Airlines, Germanwings and Eurowings these taxes, fees and surcharges can also be paid for by redeeming BenefitPoints. The required point amount (rounded up to the next full ten BenefitPoints) will be calculated by the PartnerPlusBenefit Service Center based on a fixed point value and your individual routing. Please inform the PartnerPlusBenefit Service Centre which payment option you prefer at the time of reservation.

Book your award tickets up to 361 days in advance and until 3 working days before the scheduled departure. The corresponding amount of BenefitPoints will be deducted when the award ticket is booked and issued. Award flight bookings can only be changed subsequently, subject to availability of the new flight requested.

The change of Award tickets need to be requested 2 working days before the scheduled departure. The first change of booking is free of charge, all subsequent changes incur a fee of EUR 50 or 1.500 points per ticket and transaction. Rerouting is not allowed. If Award ticket has been first booked via Travel Agency, a non-refundable Distribution Cost Charge (DCC) will apply.

Redemption tickets for Award flights can be cancelled up to 1 working day before the scheduled departure and refunded at a service fee of 1.500 points. All changes and cancellations, without exceptions, have to be addressed to the PartnerPlusBenefit Service Center, regardless if the Account has a nominated travel agent. If an Award flight is not cancelled at least one working day before departure, the deducted BenefitPoints cannot be re-credited. Award flights do not qualify for accruing BenefitPoints. The general Terms of Carriage of the operating airline apply to the Award flights.

2.4.3.  BenefitUpgrades
BenefitPoints can also be used for upgrades on European and intercontinental flights operated by one of the PPB airlines.

Upgrade to Premium Economy: possible to Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines and Air Canada.

Upgrade to Business Class: possible on all PPB airlines except for Eurowings (incl. Germanwings).

Upgrade to First Class: possible on Lufthansa and SWISS.

Please note that there are restrictions to booking classes that apply for BenefitUpgrades in PartnerPlusBenefit. All eligible booking classes are listed under menu item Points > Redeem Points > Upgrades > Booking Classes Overview.

To book PPB Upgrade, please contact PPB Service Center by phone, email, or by filling out integrated Request Form on award subpage for Upgrades (follow menu items Points > Upgrades). In order to access the integrated Request Form, please login to PPB first. Note: the integrated Request Form is not an online booking engine. By clicking the Send-button, an email with details is generated and sent to the PPB Service Center. Based on this Request Form the PPB Service Center is able to perform an availability check and/or a final booking and inform the customer accordingly.



Please note the following:

- upgrades are only possible on operating flight number (not possible on codeshare/marketing flight number)
- upgrades are only possible with tickets issued on PPB airline document/ticket number or SK (117) document/ticket number
- upgrades on domestic flights in Canada are only possible in combination with an upgrade on an intercontinental flight
- redemptions not possible on United Express flights

BenefitUpgrade bookings can be done up to 361 days in advance and up to 3 working days prior to departure. Upgrades can only be done by the PartnerPlusBenefit Service Center.

BenefitUpgrade bookings can only be changed if and insofar as a BenefitUpgrade is available on the flight to be changed. BenefitUpgrade changes and cancellations can only be made by the PartnerPlusBenefit Service Center and must be made no later then 3 working days prior to departure. One free change allowed, additional changes against EUR50 or 1,500 BenefitPoints.

Cancellation deadline: to be made min. 3 working days before departure. Refund of BenefitPoints against a fee of 1,500 BenefitPoints. After cancellation deadline: no refund of BenefitPoints.


Each upgrade only applies for one single flight: twice the number of BenefitPoints will be needed to upgrade a return flight. The original ticket must have been issued before booking the BenefitUpgrade; all the flight segments must have been confirmed. The required BenefitPoints will be deducted at the time of booking the upgrade.

2.4.4.  BenefitSeatreservation
BenefitPoints can also be used to book a BenefitSeatreservation in Economy Class and Premium Economy class for the flights operated by Lufthansa with Lufthansa flight number and flights operated by Austrian Airlines with Austrian flight number. BenefitSeatreservations are only applicable on confirmed bookings (no waiting list bookings). Advance booking period is not later than 5 working days (Mo – Fr) before departure (during the opening hours of the PartnerPlusBenefit Service Center).

BenefitSeatreservations can be made for standard seats (e.g. window or aisle seat), for seats with more legroom, seats in the Preferred Zone, Privacy seats (OS only) and Bulkhead seats (OS only). Economy Plus seat reservation is possible on all United Airlines or United Express operated flights with a United or codeshare flight number.
Please note that a confirmed seat reservation does not give you a legal claim to a certain seat, but only shows the selected category, e.g. aisle or window seat or seat with more legroom.

Seats with more legroom are distinguished by offering at least 10 cm (4") extra legroom. A number of these seats are located in the emergency exit rows for which apply special conditions:
• You are at least 16 years old.
• You are in a position to perform the required duties without the assistance of a flight attendant, parent or other relative.
• You are willing to assist in the unlikely event of an emergency.
• You are able to read and understand instructions, and comply with crew instructions in the event of an emergency.
• You are not travelling with someone who will be dependent on your assistance in an emergency.
• You do not have a condition or responsibility that might restrict your ability to perform these duties or could lead you to suffer physical injury or harm in the performance of these duties.
• You speak good German or English.
• You are not travelling with a pet in the cabin.

For safety reasons, Lufthansa and Austrian Airlines are entitled to allocate another seat before departure to passengers who cannot meet these requirements.

If you have redeemed BenefitPoints for the seat reservation on the flight that you wish to change, please contact the PartnerPlusBenefit Service Center to try to book you an equivalent seat on your new flight. Please note that BenefitPoints already redeemed for seat reservations cannot be refunded if there are no seats or no equivalent seats available for reservation on the changed flight.

Should you wish to cancel your journey, contact the PartnerPlusBenefit Service Center to refund the redeemed BenefitPoints according to the standard terms and conditions where applicable.

Seat reservations that have already been paid with BenefitPoints for are refundable in the following cases:
• A schedule change by Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines, e.g. a change to the aircraft type deployed, means that no equivalent seat can be made available to you on the new flight.
• A disruption to your flight means that you must be rebooked on another flight on which no equivalent seat is available for you.

BenefitPoints which have already been deducted will be re-credited to the Member's BenefitPoint account. The original expiry date as specified in Section 2.5 will be restored for the re-credited BenefitPoints.

Paid-for seat reservations cannot be refunded if:
• You cancel your flight and your ticket is non-refundable.
• You receive an upgrade from Lufthansa or Austrian Airlines for operational reasons or as a gesture of goodwill.
• You change your seat, but the new seat is cheaper than the one you originally booked or is free of charge.
• You do not meet the above-listed conditions for a seat in an emergency exit row.
• You rebook your flight, but there are no longer equivalent seats available on the new flight, seat reservations on the new flight are free of charge or this flight is not operated by Lufthansa or Austrian Airlines.
• You change your flight and in the process change the routing.

2.4.5.  Ordering Awards
Awards may be ordered in the name of the Company from PartnerPlusBenefit Service Center. Benefit awards can be ordered exclusively by phone or e-mail from the PartnerPlusBenefit Service Center. The reservations for the FreeFlight awards can also be made by the customer’s travel agent after appropriate instructions from Lufthansa (in this case a non-refundable Distribution Cost Charge DCC will apply).

2.4.6.  Award Conditions for Flights
The availability of awards may vary depending on the date, season and destination, and under certain circumstances, awards may not be available at particular times. Awards cannot be combined with certain services at reduced tariffs. For certain awards the Terms and Conditions may be altered or amended with special conditions. Such terms will be announced in conjunction with the corresponding award offers.

2.4.7.  Award Documents
If the award ordered is available, the PartnerPlusBenefit Service Center shall issue award flight documents. At the same time the required amount of BenefitPoints will be deducted. The eticket is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Award documents are not transferable to Third Parties. The sale or exchange of award documents is prohibited.

In the case of misuse, Lufthansa reserves the right to confiscate award documents, or refuse to issue or redeem awards. Stolen or lost award documents cannot be replaced or refunded. Lufthansa will issue award documents for all in this program participating airlines.

2.4.8.  Awards for Third Parties
Members are free to have awards (award tickets) issued for any nominated person of their own choice.

2.5.  Expiry of BenefitPoints
BenefitPoints are valid for 36 months from the date of credit to the Member’s BenefitPoints account. After this period BenefitPoints will expire. In the programme pages on the Internet the account balance separately states the Member’s amount of BenefitPoints which will expire in the next 3 months and the effective dates.

3.  Termination
3.1.  General
Both parties may at any time, without notice and without stating reasons, terminate the agreement. The Terms and Conditions shall continue to govern the conclusion of the contractual relationship after the termination.

3.2.  Validity of BenefitPoints after Termination
If the Member terminates the agreement, according to chapter 5 of the Terms and Conditions, “Notice of Resignation from PartnerBenefitPlus“all BenefitPoints shall expire automatically 6 months after the cancellation. After resignation, the Member can no longer access the BenefitPoints account on the Internet. In this case, award requests will be processed exclusively by the PartnerPlusBenefit Service Center.
In case of transferring PartnerPlusBenefit to another Lufthansa or participating airline corporate incentive programme all BenefitPoints will remain valid for a maximum of 6 months after entry into the new incentive programme. If Lufthansa terminates the agreement, all BenefitPoints will expire 6 months after the receipt of the notice of cancellation.
If the Member violates the Membership Terms and Conditions, the Conditions of Transportation or the Award Regulations, for instance by providing false information about the Company or the registered payment card, BenefitPoints will expire upon receipt of Lufthansa’s termination. This also applies if the Member acts in breach of any other agreement with Lufthansa, Eurowings (incl. Germanwings), Air Canada, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, LOT Polish Airlines, Swiss International Air Lines and United.

3.3.  Programme Termination
The corporate incentive programme PartnerPlusBenefit is a voluntary service of the Participating Airlines. From the commencement of participation in PartnerPlusBenefit for a certain period no claim can be derived to be re-admitted at a later time.
One or all Participating Airlines reserve the right to terminate the PartnerPlusBenefit programme at any time or to replace it with another programme at its discretion. Subject to special provisions in the replacement programme, both such instances shall be equivalent to a cancellation by Lufthansa.

4.  Other
4.1.  Taxes, Fees and Surcharges
All taxes (e.g. airport taxes), fees (e.g. security fees), levies or other surcharges associated with the issuance or use of an award (Benefit Free Flights) are to be borne by the participating company and paid with a payment card which is given to PartnerPlusBenefit Service Centre at time of reservation.

However, taxes and fees for international flights, operated and marketed by Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines, SWISS, Brussels Airlines, Germanwings and Eurowings can also be paid for by redeeming BenefitPoints. The required amount of BenefitPoints will be calculated by the PartnerPlus BenefitService Center based on a fixed point value and the respective route individually for each flight.

Please inform the PartnerPlusBenefit Service Centre which payment option you prefer at the time of reservation.

In case of a (partial) refund, the respective taxes and fees will also be refunded in the same form of payment that was used, i.e. if used BenefitPoints, then the equivalent amount shall be re-credited to the account.

4.2.  Liability
Participating Airlines accept no liability for any damages incurred by Members or Third Parties in connection with PartnerPlusBenefit, unless caused intentionally or by gross negligence of Participating Airlines employees.

4.3.  Data Privacy Protection
Personal and company data associated with participation in the programme will be recorded and processed in accordance with the applicable data privacy protection regulations and will only be used for purposes associated with implementation of the PartnerPlusBenefit programme. Where necessary for the conclusion or handling of contracts and services by Lufthansa, personal data relating to the Member and/or their employees may be transmitted to service providers and/or other third parties.

The Member guarantees that all data protection requirements provided by law, relating to the processing of employee’s personal data for the purpose of participating in PartnerPlusBenefit, through Lufthansa, are complied with. The Member also guarantees that its employees have been made aware of these Terms and Conditions, to the extent that they agree to the collection, processing and transmission of their personal data for the booking and fulfilment of PartnerPlusBenefit Awards by Program Partners.

4.4.  Loss of User Name and Password
Loss of the user name, password or release to unauthorised Third Parties must be immediately reported to the PartnerPlusBenefit Service Center.

4.5.  Alterations and Amendments
Lufthansa reserves the right to alter or amend at any time the Membership Terms and Conditions, the awards, the required amount of BenefitPoints for each award or other procedures described in the PartnerPlusBenefit programme documents.
Any alterations or amendments to the Terms and Conditions will be published on the Member’s personal information page in the PartnerPlusBenefit programme pages. They shall be considered approved if the Member continues to use the automatic tracking of his/her flight movements by means of the registered payment cards or the manual tracking on the Internet pages of the programme, or if no written protest is registered within one month at the Lufthansa PartnerPlusBenefit Service Centre. Special mention of the consequences of such non-protest shall be made in the notification.

4.6.  Rights of Third Parties
Rights of this agreement are not transferable to Third Parties.

4.7.  Law, Jurisdiction
The respective laws of Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania apply. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the participation countries (Finland/Estonia/Latvia/Lithuania). The courts in Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania shall have jurisdiction over any claims arising from the PartnerPlusBenefit corporate incentive programme.

Participating Airlines are all airlines mentioned in 2.3.1. Owner and operator of PartnerPlusBenefit corporate incentive programme is Lufthansa.

5.  Notice of Resignation from PartnerPlusBenefit
If you would like to terminate your Membership with the PartnerPlusBenefit corporate incentive programme, please submit your resignation by logging into the programme page of the Terms and Conditions (item 5 of the Terms and Conditions).
If you would like to terminate your Membership with the Lufthansa PartnerPlusBenefit Corporate bonus program, please submit your resignation by clicking on this button.
Upon resignation all accrued BenefitPoints will expire after 6 months according to item 3.2. In future, the user name may not be used again for a new registration in PartnerPlusBenefit.
